About Joe:

Joe has been District Councillor for the Marwood Ward for the past 16 years. He has served on most North Devon District Council Committees during that period.

Married to Monica for 54yrs, two children, four grandchildren, all living and working in North Devon.

Joe's vision for the future is to support local affordable housing in the Marwood Ward, and North Devon. Support all Parishes within the area, and work as hard as possible for all my constituents.
